• 1 10 oz box of rice noodles
• 1 can Werling & Sons’ Canned Chicken
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 Tbsp lime juice
• 1 Tbsp fish sauce
• 1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
• 2 cloves garlic
• 4 green onions
• 2 cups bean sprouts
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup unsalted chopped peanuts
• 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
• Red pepper flakes
• Sesame seeds
- Directions
• Prepare rice noodles.
• Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, fish sauce and lime juice.
• Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
• Heat cooked Werling & Son’s chicken in oil with carrots. Remove.
• Add garlic, bean sprouts and green onions. Sautee 2mins. Remove.
• Add eggs. Scramble until cooked.
• Toss everything wok and cook 1 – 2 minutes.
• Garnish with peanuts, red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
• Serve & enjoy.
